The Genesis Centre is just off the A500 with dedicated free parking, and our offices have facilities on multiple floors to enable complete privacy where required. We are able to mediate Clients where there are Non Molestation Orders in place, as well as providing larger rooms to accommodate groups for neighbourhood disputes.
We are also able to provide Direct Child Consultation where it is appropriate and mediators hold current DBS certificates.
By arrangement, we are able to provide evening and weekend appointments, and there is a 20% surcharge applied as appropriate.
We are also able to provide one-day intensive Mediations - helpful where time is of the essence. Please contact us for details of prices and process involved.

Anita came to law as a second career after a successful twenty years running her own catering and hospitality business.
She was called to the Bar in 2003 and completed her Master’s Degree in Family Law a year later, before going on to do a further Degree in Education.
She has enjoyed more than 10 years as an academic, teaching at various institutions: most recently, Manchester Metropolitan and Staffordshire Universities.

Edward has practised from Regent Chambers since 2001 and specialises in Family Law disputes. Routinely, these include: residence / contact, specific issue / prohibited steps, enforcement, financial remedies, financial provision for children, cohabitation disputes and trusts of land.
In his role as a mediator, Edward seeks to assist the parties resolve their disputes in a proactive manner, to save them the time, expense, inconvenience of going through the Court system.
Frederick Powell, Barrister-at-Law & External Mediation Consultant

Frederick’s family work has concerned residence/contact issues and injunctive relief. He appears for respondents' in child care cases. He is a preferred advocate in the prosecution of Domestic Violence matters. He is a trained mediator and heads up Staffordshire Mediation which runs in conjunction with Regent Chambers. He has provided numerous training sessions to organisations who assist victims of domestic violence and domestic abuse.
Frederick is a member of the Criminal Bar Association and Child Concern.
