Costs
In order to assist in budgeting for mediation, we have fixed session costs as follows:
- Intake Meeting (MIAM, Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) £125 (individual, confidential meetings of one-hour duration (online or in person)
- Joint Mediation Sessions @ £125 per person, per hour and so a 2-hour session is £250 per person (£500 total)
- Where Joint Mediations include children's arrangements, we can claim a full-session Mediation discount of £500 which is reclaimed from the Ministry of Justice (this does not include rooming charges)
- All sessions can be online or in person at our offices at ST6 1AW or at offices local to both parties, which will incur a rooming charge/travel costs/both
- We reserve the discretion to apply discounts for Clients self-funding Mediation sessions, which will be discussed at initial individual MIAM

We also offer appointments in the evening and at weekends. For these appointments there will be a 20% surcharge applied.
The number of mediation sessions required will vary depending upon individual client needs and circumstances. Typically 1 to 3 joint sessions are required for each area in issue.
